The welcoming details of a Cotswold cottage

A note from Rebecca

I know what it feels like to open your own door to guests.

I started hosting with my own home, so I understand the excitement and the uncertainty that comes with welcoming people into a space you care about. With the right support, hosting can be both rewarding and beautifully manageable.

After more than a decade living in the Cotswolds and over five years as a short-term rental host, I now work closely with owners across the region. I know the villages, the hidden gems, and the little local details that make a guest experience feel different.

Today, I co-host and manage a boutique collection of around 30 properties, helping owners feel confident while making sure each home is looked after properly.

The work behind the welcome

01

Know the place

Local knowledge shapes better recommendations, smoother stays, and homes that feel part of their surroundings.

02

Notice the details

The right layout, a useful amenity, and a considered welcome all add up to a stay guests remember.

03

Keep it human

Clear communication and dependable care make ownership feel more straightforward at every step.
